1 Choice Building Maintenance has been finding and fixing leaks across Sydney since July 2002. Leaking showers and balconies are our main work. We've built the business on one idea: if the tiles are sound, you shouldn't have to rip them out to stop a leak.

What we do
We find and repair leaks coming through tiled showers, bathrooms, balconies and terraces. We also repair flat and concrete roofs. Using our own method, we cut out failed grout and sealant, regrout, reseal and apply a penetrating sealer to the grout and joints to help stop water getting through. The sealing product carries a manufacturer's product warranty of up to 25 years, under the manufacturer's terms.
How we work
- We find the cause first. We look at where the water gets in as well as where it shows up.
- We tell you what a repair can and can't do. A surface repair doesn't replace a membrane, and a pipe leak needs a plumber. If we can't fix your leak properly, we'll say so.
- We put it in writing. Every quote sets out the work, the method and what's excluded.
- We come to you. We're a mobile service with no shopfront, working across Sydney and Greater Sydney seven days a week.
- We don't charge to look. Every inspection and quote is free.
