What we collect
When you contact us we may receive your name, phone number, email address, suburb or property address, the service you're asking about, your description of the problem and any photos you send.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess and quote the work, carry out and document the job and keep appropriate business records. We don't sell your information.
Photos
Please avoid including people, documents or other personal information in photos of the affected area. Photos you send are used to assess your enquiry and document the work. We only publish photos of completed work on our website without identifying the property or its owner.

Leaking shower or balcony?
We'll inspect it and quote for free, anywhere in Sydney. If the tiles are sound, we can usually stop the leak without lifting them. The sealing product we use carries a manufacturer's product warranty of up to 25 years, under the manufacturer's terms.
