Leaking shower repairs
Showers leaking into the next room or the ceiling below, fixed without lifting the tiles.
Hidden leaks do the most damage. Water rarely shows up where it gets in, so we trace shower, balcony and flat roof leaks back to the source before we quote, and you only pay to fix what's actually leaking.

The inspection is free. We check the tiled surface, joints and drains area by area, look at when the water shows up, and explain what we found in plain terms. If the leak turns out to be a pipe, we'll tell you straight away.
A leak behind tiles or under a balcony can soak the floor framing, swell joinery and stain the ceiling below for months before you see water. By the time a damp patch appears, the water has often travelled a long way from where it got in. That's why we find the source first, and why guessing at it costs more in the end.
When the water shows up matters as much as where. After showers points to the shower; after rain points to a balcony, roof or wall. Read why water appears away from the leak.
In apartments, working out whose shower or balcony is leaking is half the job. We inspect the area above and give a written quote that owners and strata managers can act on. Read what to do when a shower is leaking into the unit below, or see our strata leak repairs.
We find and fix leaks in tiled and waterproofed areas. We don't find or repair leaking pipes in walls or floors, taps, valves, hot water systems, water mains or underground pipes. That's plumbing work. If the inspection points to one of these, we'll tell you.
Usually, yes, without lifting a tile. The grout, silicone, waste and hob tell us a lot, and so does when and where the water shows up.
Yes. We find where the water is getting in and give you a written quote to fix it. There's no charge for the inspection.
Usually. A leak that only appears after showers points to the shower; one that appears with nothing running points to a pipe. If it's a pipe, tap or valve, we'll tell you so you can call a plumber.
Policies vary, so check yours. Many cover the resulting damage but not the repair of the shower or balcony itself. We'll give you a written quote you can pass on to your insurer.
Yes. Once we've found the source, we quote to fix it. Most shower leaks are fixed in one visit without removing tiles.
No. Burst or leaking pipes in walls, under floors or underground are plumbing work. If your water bill has jumped or the meter runs with everything off, call a plumber first.
Yes. We can issue a compliance certificate for our waterproofing work. Just ask at the inspection.
